  • Apply industry standards, guidelines, and regulatory frameworks consistently.
  • Perform primarily office-based work involving extended computer use and data analysis.
  • Travel to field sites as required, including occasional overnight stays.

Your Capabilities and Credentials

  • Experience with numerical hydrodynamic, hydrologic, and hydraulic modeling tools (e.g., HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, PCSWMM, CORMIX).
  • Experience with site‑wide mine water balance and/or water quality models (e.g., GoldSim).
  • Experience with water management infrastructure design (e.g., ditches, sedimentation ponds, culverts, watercourse crossings, diversions, watercourse realignments).
  • Solid understanding of provincial and federal water resources legislation, regulations, and guidance.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills, including with clients and regulators.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve team goals.
  • Proven mentorship capabilities for junior and intermediate staff.
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects and tasks consistently.
  • Strong business development, client engagement, and financial management skills.
  • Effective time management, organization, and prioritization.
  • Disciplined approach to project execution and technical excellence.
  • Strong problem‑solving and timely decision‑making abilities.

  • Valid G‑class driver’s license required.
