This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and governance, ensuring that long‑term transformation initiatives are delivered consistently, efficiently, and in alignment with business priorities. You will work hands‑on with our Sustainability and Supply Chain teams; and engage a broad cast of internal and Amer Group stakeholders to enable and support delivery of our key strategic pillars for sustainability – Climate, Circularity and Worker Well Being.

This role is based in North Vancouver, BC or Portland, OR and open to hybrid work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada or the United States.

  • Defining and maintaining program governance, including steering routines, decision frameworks, and risk management
  • Contributing to the strategic growth of sustainability services
  • Providing leverage to the key strategic pillars for sustainability
  • Supporting change management and transparency (internally and externally)

Here are some of the things you could be working on in the future:

  • Collaborating with business partners to identify opportunities to integrate sustainability into core business processes
  • Structuring and leading working groups to drive cross‑functional projects
  • Supporting the Sustainability VP on strategic priorities and critical deliverables
