Job Type: New position

What The Day Will Look Like

As a Team Lead, you will play a key role in coordinating daily operations and supporting your team, while ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients.

  • Manage the day‑to‑day activities of the technician team (scheduling, prioritization, task assignment, workflow management)
  • Plan and adjust schedules based on volumes and manage absences
  • Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards
  • Monitor performance measurements (timeliness, quality, volume) and recommend corrective actions
  • Handle calls that have been brought up to a higher level, including complex or sensitive cases
  • Support the team on complex pension‑related matters
  • Conduct quality reviews (calculations, communications, documentation)
  • Lead team meetings and coordinate with internal collaborators (consulting, operations, IT, etc.)
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success

  • Proven experience in pension administration
  • Experience in a client service environment, including handling calls and customer concerns
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Proven ability to coordinate a team and manage priorities in a fast‑paced setting
  • Experience in operations and in coaching others and optimizing their work
  • Strong communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
  • French / English bilingualism is required due to the frequent interactions with clients, colleagues, or partners based in Quebec, other Canadian provinces and/or internationally.
  • Collaborative leadership style with the ability to support and develop team members
