Drive finance strategy as Kensington's FP&A Director in a hybrid work environment, focusing on delivering personalized travel experiences. Utilize advanced modeling expertise for optimal decision-making. In this pivotal role, you will oversee financial planning and analysis for Kensington’s diverse travel brands, ensuring accurate forecasts and performance evaluations. Collaborate with senior leaders to translate complex financial data into clear insights, fostering alignment with strategic goals in the luxury travel sector. Key Responsibilities: • Create and maintain robust financial models • Spearhead annual budgeting and long-range planning • Provide enterprise-wide performance insights • Collaborate with executives on strategic investments • Manage foreign exchange risk assessments Requirements: • 8+ years in FP&A or related fields • Proficiency in advanced Excel a must • Experience in multi-entity financial environments • Strong communication skills with senior leadership • CPA designation beneficial but not mandatory Be part of a team that combines financial acumen with a passion for travel, influencing the direction of Kensington’s business strategies. #J-18808-Ljbffr
