ServiceNow Senior Developer
Work Model: 100% Remote
Primary Skills
• Strong knowledge of Project Portfolio Management (PPM), including Demand, Project, Program, Portfolio, Resource, and Financial Planning
• Experience with Enterprise Agile solutions such as Agile Development, Lean Portfolio Management, Digital Product Management, and Test Management
• Expertise in Strategic Planning modules such as Roadmap Planning, Scenario Planning, Investment Funding, and Innovation Management
• Proficiency in ServiceNow development tools such as Workflows, Business Rules, and Scripts
• Experience with Performance Analytics and the creation of Reports, KPIs, and Indicators
• Lead and support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of ServiceNow SPM modules
• Experience implementing AI capabilities within ServiceNow SPM
Role Description
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Senior Developer with strong expertise in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow development, strategic planning, portfolio management, platform customization, and enterprise agile solutions.
Required Experience
• 8+ years of ServiceNow development experience
• At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)

• Configure and customize the platform using:

• Scoring Models
• Workflows
• Implement solutions to meet client-specific requirements
• Support and implement AI capabilities within ServiceNow SPM environments
Additional Qualifications
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies

• ServiceNow SPM/ITBM Certification preferred

Support Modernization Detailed Job Description: • Design, develop, and maintain applications built on IBM Financial Transaction Manager (FTM) to support core payments processing. • Contribute to the development of payment flows supporting transaction processing. • Build and support integrations between FTM and upstream/downstream systems using enterprise integration patterns. • Participate in the design, development, testing, deployment, and production support. • Troubleshoot and resolve application and integration issues in a complex, regulated environment. • Collaborate with architecture, QA, and operations teams to ensure platform stability, scalability, and performance. • Support modernization initiatives and enhancements to existing payment hub capabilities. • Produce clear technical documentation and participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing.
