Shape the future of AI at LXT as a Global Enterprise Sales Director, focusing on strategic growth and market leadership in AI training data. Lead high-stakes partnerships and revenue performance. As the Sales Senior Director, you will be charged with driving multi-year revenue strategies and fostering relationships with enterprise-level clients. Utilize your expertise in AI data solutions and complex deal negotiations to inform corporate strategy and influence market trends. Your leadership will empower a high-performing sales organization committed to continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: • Own enterprise revenue strategies for AI and data services • Navigate procurement and regulatory environments • Lead governance forums with key stakeholders • Establish LXT’s brand authority in AI media • Design multi-year alliance strategies with partners Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred • 15-18 years of sales experience in AI or SaaS • Proven ability in managing complex contracts • Financial acumen with P&L management experience • Strong global perspective in regulated markets Play a pivotal role in driving LXT’s innovative approach to AI partnerships and solutions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
