Job Summary:
As a product and service expert you will providesolutions to inquiries concerns complaints and issues by email and online chat. You willtroubleshoot and resolve requests in an efficient and friendly manner and will escalateappropriately when necessary. As a member of the HubHelp team you will strive toprovide the highest level of service possible. Your goal is to provide a complete cohesiveexperience that aligns with the organizations values.

Compensation:
It is expected that the selected candidate will start at a base salary of $42000. The annual range of expected compensation for the position is $42000 - $53000 determined by performance and time in the position.This job posting is for an existing vacancy.
