Lead Amazon's machine learning initiatives as a Senior Program Manager focused on brand protection. Drive improvements in detection systems and marketplace integrity through strategic leadership.

This role demands over six years of program management experience. You will collaborate closely with applied scientists to enhance model performance and ensure accuracy in identifying potentially infringing listings. Your technical expertise will contribute to elevating brand protection metrics while optimizing operational efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities: • Partner with scientists to assess ML model effectiveness • Manage refresh cycles for detection training datasets • Conduct root cause analysis on false positives • Translate analytical findings into engineering specifications • Present strategic updates and recommendations to leadership

Requirements: • 6+ years of program or project management experience • Strong background in data-informed improvement strategies • Proven communication skills with leadership teams • Experience working cross-functionally with diverse teams • Knowledge of brand protection and safety technologies
