he Senior Project Manager is responsible for proactively managing the initiation, planning, analysis, design, execution, implementation and close-out of specific projects in support of business objectives. The incumbent is guided by defined goals and objectives, and works under minimal supervision of their manager.T

he total target compensation (TTC) range, including salary and target bonus, is $108,300 - $158,300 This TTC range is applicable to permanent roles only; fixed-term contract and casual roles are not eligible for annual bonus and would receive only the base salary component.W

• ilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables that support desired business objectives, in collaboration with senior management and stakeholdersDef

• k closely with resource managers in IT and other business units to acquire necessary project resources and assign specific tasks and responsibilities to project team membersPro
• vide direction, coaching and support to project teamCre
• ate and manage project budget; track and report project expenses on a regular basisSch
• edule and track project timelines and milestones using appropriate toolsDev
• elop project plans and other communications documentsMon
• itor and report on the progress of the project to all stakeholders on a regular basisIde
• ntify project issues and deal with those that can be resolved within the project team; for larger, more complex issues, escalate to key project stakeholders in a timely fashionIde
• ntify and manage project dependencies and critical pathPro
• actively identify and manage project risks and mitigation strategies to minimize risk exposureApp

• nced expertise in championing, leading and managing large, complex, business transformation projects and/or IT projects usually a result of a minimum of 5 to 7 years of progressive project management experienceExte
• nsive knowledge and expertise of Project Management methodologies and development practices (i.e. agile, scrum, waterfall) and tools such as Smartsheets, JIRA and ConfluenceConv
• ersant in different platforms, architectures, languages and modern development toolkitsProv
• en track record of developing and leading dynamic, high performing teams along with a proven ability to drive and influence change through innovation and process improvementSubs
• tantial experience building, developing and growing relationships, at all levels of the organizationDemo
• nstrated experience leading discussions and working effectively with senior leadersSelf
