IT Help Desk

Our client, a leading technology solutions provider, is seeking an IT Help Desk to join their team. As an IT Help Desk, you will be part of the Service Desk support team supporting client infrastructure and user needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $ 28.21
What's the Job?

- Provide first-line technical support to clients, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Assist with onboarding new employees by configuring workstations and software
- Manage and support Office 365, Azure, and other cloud services
- Document issues and solutions, creating knowledge base articles for future reference
- Support various IT projects, including system upgrades and maintenance tasks
What's Needed?

- 1–2+ years of experience in Helpdesk or Tier 1 support roles
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+ and Network+ preferred
- Technical proficiency with Office 365, Active Directory, and basic networking concepts
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail
