Elevate guest experiences as a Retail Manager at Woodbine Entertainment in Etobicoke, Ontario. Lead your team in creating exceptional service and hospitality across premier horse racing venues. As the Retail Manager, you will oversee operations at Woodbine Racetrack and Woodbine Mohawk Park. This hands-on role emphasizes leadership, employee performance management, and delivering high-quality customer care. Joining a passionate team, you will initiate staff training, resolve guest complaints, and enhance overall guest experiences. Key Responsibilities: • Recruit and train high-performing team members • Lead guest experience operations during events • Resolve guest complaints with professionalism • Monitor overall staff performance and engagement • Conduct regular meetings to discuss operations and feedback Requirements: • Minimum 5 years in a hospitality environment • 2 years in a leadership role focused on guest services • Post-secondary education in Business Management • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Knowledge of horse racing is an asset Drive exceptional service and a memorable guest experience at Woodbine's iconic facilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
