Description de poste
Take charge of drilling operations as a Driller with Savanna Energy. Oversee the rig crew and equipment while ensuring safety and efficiency in all aspects of daily drilling.

Savanna Energy is seeking an experienced Driller to manage rig floor operations and supervise crew members. You will conduct pre-job meetings and actively participate in safety inspections, guaranteeing compliance with company policies. Your strong technical skills are crucial for leading teams and maintaining equipment standards.

Key Responsibilities: • Operate and manage drilling equipment effectively • Lead rig crew to execute tasks safely and efficiently • Conduct pre-job safety meetings and inspections • Maintain accurate operational reports and logs • Train and develop crew members for optimal performance

Requirements: • Previous experience as a Driller is essential • Valid safety certifications including H2S Alive and First Aid • Strong organization and decision-making skills • Ability to manage diverse teams and conflicts • Commitment to Savanna’s core values
