Job :Computerized Maintenance Management (CMMS) Project Manager.

Employment type:DIRECT PLACEMENT

Salary range: 87k-103k

Location: Dorval Global Completion Center, Minimum 2 days in office (Hybrid)

Language: Bilingual (French/English), English intermediate accepted

Citizenship Requirements:Must be a Canadian Citizen or Legal Permanent Resident of Canada

Key Skills

  • Experience managing digital projects. Could be programming projects or digital tools. Layouts, KPIs, etc.
  • 5 years experience in project management
  • Understanding of maintenance activities
  • Understanding customer needs
  • Problem-solving, quick learner
  • Programming experience an asset
  • Familiarity with Maximo, programming, systems, machines, AI, automation

Job duties:

  • Plan, structure, and coordinate digital transformation projects and operational process improvements.
  • Define objectives, deliverables, timelines, and performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure rigorous monitoring of project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Analyze business needs and translate them into clear, structured, and aligned action plans.
  • Collaborate closely with IT teams, operational teams, and internal partners.
  • Lead workshops, prepare materials, and facilitate follow‑up meetings.
  • Communicate proactively and effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Contribute to documentation efforts, standardization, and project governance improvements.
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement efforts and in the adoption of new technologies, including automation and artificial intelligence.

How to thrive in this role?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5 to 8 years of relevant project management experience, ideally in digital transformation or process optimization.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and complex project‑structuring skills.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization abilities.
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, hybrid, or traditional).
  • Proficiency with project tracking tools, dashboards, and performance indicators.
  • Strong interest in digital technologies, automation, and artificial intelligence.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
