Matchbox Consulting is seeking a Mechanical Site Supervisor, to join a top-tier, employee-owned construction company that values career growth, work-life balance, and competitive compensation. As the  Mechanical Site Supervisor  you will manage and execute mechanical projects on time and within budget, working closely with our Project Manager and Superintendent.

Key Responsibilities :

Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Oversee mechanical crews and sub-trades, ensuring high-quality performance.

Collaborate with project teams, including formwork crews, electrical subs, and consultants.

Track project costs and schedules, making adjustments as necessary.

Maintain accurate records and ensure the mechanical work meets specifications.

Handle equipment and manpower coordination, and assist in monthly billing processes.

Actively manage punch lists and ensure timely project completion.

What You Bring :

5-10 years of construction experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Strong technical understanding of construction and mechanical systems.

Effective communication and leadership skills to work well with crews, trades, and suppliers.

Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and scheduling software.

Knowledge of health and safety regulations and the ability to read and interpret drawings.
