Who We Are Looking For

  • Proven Top Performer: You have originated at least $10M in mortgages in the last 12 months, and have demonstrated the ability to self-generate most or all of your leads.
  • Experienced Professional: You have a minimum of 2 years of continuous experience as a licensed Mortgage Associate or as an Mortgage Advisor at a bank or credit union.

  • Qualified Leads: We invest in your success. Receive a consistent stream of qualified leads throughout your first year, of up to 30% of your annual volume.
  • Competitive Compensation: Benefit from an attractive commission split with desk and insurance fees waived, maximizing your take-home earnings. Our splits start at 90/10 and increase to 95/5 as you grow. Splits are capped at $12,000.
