Opportunity
At Pier 4 our portfolio of multi-family real estate assets is growing and as a result we are looking for an experienced Painter, to join our team in Ontario, currently with buildings in Hamilton and St. Catharines. We are looking for a Painter who wants to be part of our exciting journey and is truly engaged in being an advocate of and executing, best-in-class painting and property maintenance.
At Pier 4 we aspire to be the leaders in this space and at the same time we are grounded by years of expertise in property management, relationship-oriented business practices and a drive for continuous improvement. We maintain our properties with a focus on revitalization to assure our residents feel comfortable in their homes.
The Painter, reports to the Property Manager and is accountable for painting and preserving the condition of properties. Our Painters are polite and professional. They can work independently and stay focused on a task for several hours at a time. They can also stay on their feet and do physical work for most of each day.
Responsibilities
· Protecting surfaces from water damage, mold, and other hazards through the use of primers and other coatings
