Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Associate with expertise in legal research, document review, and contract analysis to support our North American legal team. The ideal candidate has a Juris Doctor (JD) or Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), is licensed to practice law in the Philippines, and has experience with North American legal systems.
As a Senior Legal Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in legal documentation, while providing strategic support to attorneys and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Conduct legal research on North American laws, regulations, and case precedents.
✅ Review, proofread, and draft contracts, agreements, and legal documents to ensure clarity and compliance.
✅ Assist in contract negotiation and risk assessment, providing legal insights.
✅ Manage case files, due diligence, and compliance checks for various legal matters.
✅ Liaise with internal teams and external counsel on regulatory requirements and legal strategies.
✅ Support dispute resolution and litigation processes, including drafting legal memoranda and pleadings.
✅ Ensure adherence to confidentiality, ethical standards, and best practices in legal documentation.
