Position: Ad Specialist - Raines Group

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Ad Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team at Raines Group. As an Ad Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and executing strategic and impactful advertising campaigns to promote the products and services of Raines Group inen. Your role will involve using innovative advertising techniques to reach our target audience and drive brand awareness and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative and effective advertising concepts and strategies for Raines Group products and services.

• Oversee the implementation of advertising campaigns across various online and offline platforms.

• Analyze market trends, track advertising metrics, and make recommendations for improving campaign performance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and produce effective advertising materials, including digital banners, print ads, videos, and social media content.

• Negotiate with media outlets, agencies, and vendors to ensure competitive pricing and optimum placement of ads.

• Monitor and manage advertising budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and maximize ROI.

• Ensure all advertising materials are in compliance with industry regulations and company guidelines.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in advertising and marketing to continuously improve and innovate our ad strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in advertising, preferably in a similar role.

• Extensive knowledge of online and offline advertising methods, including digital, print, and outdoor.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their advertising capabilities.

• Proven track record of creating successful advertising campaigns.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Strong analytical and project management skills.

• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
