En collaboration avec les membres de ton équipe, tu auras la mission de transformer la vision de nos clients en réalité. Tu pourras travailler sur des projets d'application variés, qui touchent à une panoplie d’industries, dans un contexte d’équipe multidisciplinaire, nventive offre un environnement de travail dynamique et collaboratif qui te permettra de te développer et d’acquérir de nouvelles connaissances tout au long de ton parcours avec nous.




TES RESPONSABILITÉS



  • Développer la logique d’affaire des applications en suivant les bonnes pratiques technologiques et architecturales (MVC, injection de dépendance, micro-services, serverless, etc.);

  • Développer des APIs REST afin de faire le pont entre la couche logique et les applications Web/mobiles;

  • Participer à toutes les étapes d’un projet : conception, analyse, développement, débogage et tests unitaires;

  • Contribuer à l’évolution d’applications déjà développées: ajout de fonctionnalités, modifications, recommandations évolutives, etc.;

  • Être en mesure d’automatiser les déploiements et gérer les infrastructures infonuagique (Azure ou AWS) qui hébergeront les applications;

  • Diagnostiquer rapidement les problèmes au niveau de la performance et de la sécurité des applications;

  • Écrire les tests unitaires et d’intégration pertinents afin de valider la logique d’affaire.




NOS ATTENTES



  • 7-10 années d’expérience dans un environnement de développement backend;

  • Diplôme universitaire en génie logiciel, ou toute autre formation pertinente;

  • Avoir une bonne connaissance de :

  • Java Enterprise;

  • API REST (ASP.NET);

  • Spring 4 et JPA (Hibernate);

  • SQL Server / PostgreSQL;

  • Azure;

  • Java Script, jQuery et d’AngularJS, un atout;

  • Capacité à communiquer clairement, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, et à adapter les communications à la clientèle visée;

  • Grande capacité d’autonomie et de pro-activité;

  • Capacité à sortir de sa zone de confort et prendre action pour des tâches qui sortent de la description de poste;

  • Bilinguisme français et anglais (écrit et oral).




Pourquoi l'anglais est requis : Nous collaborons avec de nombreux clients situés en dehors du Québec qui communiquent principalement en anglais. Pour assurer le bon déroulement de leurs projets, une maîtrise de l'anglais est nécessaire.
