The Associate Engagement Manager (AEM) is responsible for managing the successful deployment of ServiceNow solutions for Crossfuze clients, supporting our Engagement Management team, and acting as the client contact for services. Additional responsibilities for the AEM include scheduling, resource management, providing project status, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
This position is fully remote, candidates for this role must be located in Canada.

Compensation Range:
The anticipated compensation range for this position is $70,000-90,000 CAD annually. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining the compensation rate for a potential new employee including years of experience, training and education, geographic location, and other factors.
