About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and bilingual Real Estate Sales Outreach Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills in both English and French, and experience in lead generation, cold outreach, and real estate sales support. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, nurturing leads, and assisting the sales team in expanding our client base in both English- and French-speaking markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and messages to potential leads and property owners.
  • Manage and update CRM systems with accurate client and lead information.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers, sellers, and investors.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments for the real estate sales team.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and transfer hot leads to the sales closer.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and social media in both English and French.
  • Support marketing campaigns and outreach efforts to expand market reach.
  • Prepare weekly reports summarizing outreach activities and conversion progress.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in both English and French (spoken and written).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, real estate, or customer outreach (real estate experience preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable with CRM tools, email outreach platforms, and lead tracking systems.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and goal-driven.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Stable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
