POSITION DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a highly skilled and business-minded Senior Legal Counsel to join our dynamic team to support our M&A activities and day-to-day operations across multiple portfolio companies. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing strategic legal guidance on a wide range of matters critical to our growth and operations. You will draft, negotiate, and manage complex commercial agreements, including software licensing, SaaS, vendor, and partnership agreements. The ideal candidate is a pragmatic problem-solver who can distill complex legal concepts into practical, actionable business advice and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
