Job Description

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to contribute to our team’s growth by performing retrofitting and renovations on existing HVAC air conditioning and heating systems in multi-family units across the Lower Mainland. The role involves working on sheet metal and potentially some plumbing tasks when required.

Responsibilities

• Perform retrofitting and renovations on HVAC air conditioning and heating systems in multi-family units.
• Conduct troubleshooting, installation, and repair of HVAC systems.
• Handle sheet metal work and assist with plumbing tasks as needed.
• Work collaboratively with other trades around occupants in various projects from Vancouver to Maple Ridge.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC.
• Experience in commercial retrofitting.
• Completion of at least 3rd year of school.
• Possession of a valid license.
• Ability to pass a back check.
• Permanent Residency status.

The pay range for this position is $79000.00 - $124800.00/yr.
