Our staffing agency is recruiting on behalf of a leading client for an experienced Sales Representative to manage and grow a portfolio of multiple clients. The ideal candidate excels in communication, relationship‑building, and driving revenue across diverse accounts while maintaining a high level of professionalism and organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support multiple client accounts, ensuring consistent communication and strong relationships.
  • Conduct outreach to new prospects and present products or services aligned with client needs.
  • Understand client goals and challenges to recommend tailored solutions.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle, including prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and closing.
  • Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipelines, and performance reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer‑facing roles.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and standard sales processes.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to client needs.

Preferred

  • Experience managing a diverse client portfolio.
  • Industry‑specific knowledge depending on the product or service.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting revenue goals.
