This role requires strong heavy civil experience, clear communication, and proven leadership to deliver projects on time and on budget. This is primarily a Monday to Friday position, with occasional Saturday work as required, and does not require living at the project site - Project Managers can return home daily.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and oversee end-to-end delivery of assigned heavy civil projects, including risk identification, project planning, and contingency implementation

  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within scope and budget, and in compliance with regulatory, environmental, and health and safety requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience managing heavy civil construction projects, with demonstrated responsibility for schedule, cost, quality, and safety performance

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and lead project teams in fast-paced, field-driven environments

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and collaborate effectively with superintendents, forepersons, and crews
