Inside Sales Representative – Delta, BC
Full-Time Opportunity
Express Employment Professionals – Delta is currently recruiting for an Inside Sales Representative on behalf of our client, a dynamic and rapidly growing company in the security and technology sector located in Delta, BC.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a small, collaborative team where your contributions will have a direct impact on the company's continued growth. The successful candidate will report directly to the owner and should be a motivated individual looking for a long-term career opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Conduct outbound calls to prospective and previous clients as needed
Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries
Meet or exceed established sales targets
Process customer requests and complete administrative tasks accurately and efficiently
Work independently while contributing to the overall success of the team
Qualifications
Previous experience in inside sales and/or customer service
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
Strong organizational and time management skills
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Minimum of a high school diploma; post-secondary education or relevant certification is an asset
Compensation & Benefits
$19.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience
Performance bonus opportunities
Extended health benefits after the probationary period
