By combining the principles of neurodidactics, pedagogy, and digital technologies, the company develops learning environments designed to improve comprehension, foster learner autonomy, and accelerate learner progress.

After successfully demonstrating the effectiveness and relevance of its approach in French-language certification contexts, NEURODIDACTE is now entering a new phase of growth. The company aims to expand its methodology into adult general education and additional disciplines, with the ambition of scaling its model on a broader level.

As part of this expansion, the company is seeking to further structure its commercial activities and accelerate growth. The organization is looking for a Business Development & Growth Manager who will play a key role in revenue development, market expansion, and the coordination of sales, marketing, and customer success initiatives.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Business Development & Growth Manager is responsible for structuring, coordinating, and evolving the company’s growth activities, with a strong focus on sales and revenue generation. The role is rooted in a strategic and relationship-driven approach centered on consultative sales and institutional partnerships.

The successful candidate will play a key role in executing and optimizing the company’s growth initiatives. This person will be responsible for supporting day-to-day sales operations, implementing simple and effective processes, monitoring key performance indicators, and ensuring seamless collaboration between sales, marketing, and customer success teams.

The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong entrepreneurial mindset, a results-oriented approach, and excellent execution capabilities. They will be able to turn initiatives into concrete actions, optimize operations, and actively contribute to the company’s sustainable growth.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE

  • Lead growth initiatives and contribute directly to revenue generation;
  • Structure and manage day-to-day sales operations;
  • Develop and implement simple, effective, and scalable processes to support commercial activities;
  • Build and monitor KPIs and dashboards related to sales, marketing, and customer performance;
  • Coordinate activities between marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure a consistent client experience;
  • Coach and support the current marketing/customer success resource;
  • Optimize conversion, follow-up, and client retention mechanisms;
  • Ensure effective pipeline management and proper use of CRM and marketing platforms;
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company’s sales and growth strategies;
  • Support the development of institutional, government, and parapublic markets;
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify priorities and maximize the impact of implemented initiatives.

THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION ARE

  • Relevant experience in sales, business development, growth marketing, or commercial management;
  • Proven experience in results-driven and revenue-generating roles;
  • Good understanding of tendering and RFP processes;
  • Good understanding of institutional, government, or parapublic environments;
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes, negotiation, and client retention strategies;
  • Ability to structure processes and drive day-to-day operations forward;
  • Experience with CRM systems and digital tools;
  • Ability to track KPIs and leverage data to improve performance;
  • Excellent command of French, both spoken and written;
  • Proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented approach.

CONDITIONS AND BENEFITS

  • Salary between $95,000 and $110,000 based on experience;
  • Performance and revenue growth bonus potential;
  • Remote position with flexible working hours;
