We are recruiting for our partner, a manufacturing company specializing in technical equipment.
We are looking for an Account Manager to coordinate production-related technical projects, working directly with internal teams and customers.
You will be the main point of contact for your projects, and will manage schedules, budget and quality of deliverables.
What you'll do :
- Coordinate technical projects (packaging equipment)
- Ensure ongoing communication with customers
- Manage deadlines, costs and quality of deliverables
- Collaborate with internal departments (engineering, purchasing, production, service)
- Monitor customer needs and improve internal processes
Skills and qualifications :
DEC in mechanical / industrial engineering or equivalent experience1 to 3 years' experience in manufacturing customer serviceComfortable with multi-tasking and dynamic environments (SME)Bilingualism required (French / English perfect)MS Office proficiency, excellent interpersonal skills
