This position isbased in Dartmouth Nova Scotia and reports to the Vice President of Retail Operations. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible foroptimizingsales processes strengthening CRM and lead management practices and partnering with dealership and corporate leaders to drive sustainable profitable growth.
Compensation
Base salary of $110000 - $130000 annually plus performance-based bonus opportunity. Total compensation may exceed $150000 based on business results and individual benefitsareincluded. Relocationassistancemay be available for qualified candidates.
