DevOps Manager

Overview

The DevOps Manager will lead a team of engineers to deliver cloud platform‑based projects, optimize infrastructure, streamline deployments, and manage costs effectively. This role requires a strategic leader with strong technical expertise and a passion for operational excellence.

Location : Greater Toronto Area, ON (Hybrid)

Status : Contract

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the DevOps team, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
• Oversee project intake, prioritization, and delivery across AWS and GCP environments
• Ensure stability and quick resolution of issues across multiple environments (development, test, staging, production)
• Partner with finance teams to plan cloud spend and implement cost optimization strategies
• Define KPIs and provide regular operational health reports to leadership
