Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide on-site technical assistance at COMOX and remote end-user support for CAE Staff at CFB Comox. This role will ensure smooth IT operations, resolve technical issues promptly, and maintain high service standards for all users.

Key Responsibilities

• On-Site Support at CFB Comox

As part of the D&S Canada IT Team assist with IT infrastructure and operational needs.

Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and software.

Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards.
