Want to take the first step toward an extraordinary corporate career with a global athletic powerhouse? At Randstad Professional, we are your partner for talent, helping you not just find a job you love, but also build a successful career that offers work-life balance and professional fulfillment. We care about your professional well-being, and we stay actively engaged throughout your career journey to ensure you get the opportunities and support you want when you need them.

We are currently recruiting a process-driven, analytical Product Experience Testing Coordinator for an initial 6-month temporary contract with a potential path toward a long-term career. Located at the vibrant Cornwall office near Kitsilano Beach in Vancouver, BC, this role operates on a hybrid model requiring four days in the office and one day remote. As an integral individual contributor within an energetic 12-person product experience testing team, you will act as a critical bridge between product design, quality control, and the environmental sustainability team to support a monumental goal: achieving 70% sustainable materials by 2028.

Advantages
• Competitive hourly pay rate ranging from $25.00 to $31.00 per hour, depending directly on relevant experience.
• Unmatched corporate exposure at a global lifestyle leader, serving as an incredible launchpad into apparel development, marketing, or raw materials.
• Beautiful hybrid work environment (4 days onsite, 1 day remote) at a premium beachside office campus equipped with world-class wellness amenities.
• Meaningful, purpose-driven work where your operational contributions directly impact global environmental sustainability goals.
• Streamlined onboarding process featuring structured job shadowing, leadership mentorship, and end-to-end operational training.

Responsibilities
• Act as a primary operational support role for the team dedicated to conducting comprehensive wear tests, analyzing raw performance data, and delivering actionable insights to mainline teams across all markets and categories.
• Manage end-to-end wear test sample management, including complex sample requests, logistics, receiving and shipping, precise sample measurements, and systematic physical storage.
• Support the Global Product Experience Testing Manager in designing and executing an agile, comprehensive wear testing strategy spanning in-season testing across all global markets, proof of concepts, special projects, and raw material validation.
• Handle day-to-day administration, recruitment, and structured build-out of the wear tester rosters based on shifting seasonal needs across diverse demographics.
• Partner closely with cross-functional business administration teams to plan and execute targeted wear testing by selecting specific athletic testers and tracking the performance against textile, apparel, and accessory design intent.
• Assist the broader product technical solutions operations team on project management intake, task prioritization, and structured project management reporting.
• Support the sustainability team directly by vetting product durability and contributing to circularity initiatives aimed at altering foundational raw materials into eco-friendly alternatives.

Qualifications
Skills
• Strong process-oriented project management skills with a proven capability to break down complex timelines into actionable, trackable steps.
• Excellent business communication and exceptional interpersonal skills, showing the ability to collaborate with 12+ internal team members and external wear-testers confidently.
• Exceptional critical thinking and data literacy, with the capacity to turn unrefined user feedback and testing research into optimized performance plans.
• Highly organized approach to inventory logistics, capacity analysis, and network modeling within a fast-moving apparel or product pipeline.
• Proficient in data analysis tools (such as advanced Excel, VLOOKUPs, or pivot tables) to maintain systemic roster management.
• A natural curiosity and passion for health, wellness, or yoga to properly evaluate guest intent and product fit.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree with 1+ year of experience, or an Associate’s degree with 2+ years of experience, demonstrating a background in executing research projects, business administration, or technical operations.
• Minimum of 1+ year of relevant work experience in a process-driven environment; backgrounds in research tracking, project management coordination, retail customer service, or quality assurance are highly valued.
• Proven experience working with physical products, logistics, or inventory coordination (experience with apparel, textiles, or accessories is a strong asset but not mandatory).
• Demonstrated alignment with research processes and the ability to critically analyze non-controlled variables.
• Knowledge of or a distinct passion for environmental sustainability practices is considered a major bonus.
