Join Longo’s as a Full Time Assistant Manager in the Meat Department and showcase your passion for food and leadership. This role focuses on mentoring, team meetings, and maintaining a productive environment. As the Assistant Meat Department Manager, your primary responsibility will be to assist the Meat Manager with department operations. With at least one year of relevant experience, you will foster strong team relationships while resolving customer issues. Your expertise in meat cutting and product processes will significantly contribute to departmental success. Key Responsibilities: • Coach team members to achieve their best • Lead regular team meetings for feedback • Uphold best practices in health and safety • Manage merchandising and inventory effectively • Deliver exceptional customer service standards Requirements: • One year experience in meat department settings • Cutting meat and product knowledge are essential • Strong interpersonal and customer relations skills • Ability to lead under pressure • Creativity in display design is a plus Inspire excellence in the meat department at Longo’s and advance your career in a supportive team atmosphere. #J-18808-Ljbffr
