Elevate your sales career as a Sales Development Representative with Avetta. Drive interest through cold outreach and manage a book of accounts to support enterprise growth.

Avetta is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative with at least six months of sales experience for enterprise accounts. You will leverage tools like Salesforce and Sales Navigator to generate leads, schedule discovery calls, and exceed daily activity goals. Engage with team members to share best practices and receive valuable feedback to enhance your skills.

Key Responsibilities: • Generate leads through cold calling and outreach efforts • Schedule initial calls for Account Executives • Maintain a strategy for managing your accounts • Utilize Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce effectively • Provide feedback to improve SDR processes

Requirements: • Minimum 6 months of sales experience • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Resilience and a player mindset for challenges • Willingness to implement feedback for growth • Ability to attend sales conferences and events
