Description de postePerform machine electrical diagnosis on motors, sensors, wiring, and control systems to identify electrical faults. Perform inspections; preventative and predictive maintenance to ensure optimal performance. Keep detailed records of maintenance activities. Respond to emergency machine breakdowns. Equipment Installation and Setup : Collaborate with production and engineering. Continuous Improvement : identify opportunities for improvements. Training employees on safe and efficient operation of machinery. Able to communicate clearly in English. Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft, Excel). Able to read and interpret drawings and blueprints. Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyers. Familiar with electrical systems and diagnosis. Must be willing to work from heights, confined spaces and other conditions; able to lift heavy objects as required. Strong problem-solving skills. Strong work ethic; ability to join and contribute to a high performing team. Self-directed and motivated. Sense of urgency and attention to detail. Journeyman / Red Seal Millwright preferred but equivalent certification accepted. Class 5 drivers license required. 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset. Woodworking machinery experience is an asset. Forklift license is an asset, training provided. Mid-Senior level Full-time Management and Manufacturing Retail

Hours :
Two Week Shift Rotation : 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM and 3 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM
This position requires on call responsibilities. Evening shift premiums available.

- Maintain Manufacturing Equipment :
Diagnose and repair machinery and equipment.
Install, move, align, set up machinery ensuring optimal performance.
