The Opportunity
Lounsbury Chevrolet in Miramichi is looking for a Parts Advisor .
We are seeking someone who is self-motivated and wants to deliver exceptional customer service to their customer. We value individuals who take pride in their work, show initiative, and want to be part of a cohesive team.
This position is full-time hours. The working hours are Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm.

Responsibilities
Provide customer service at the Parts counterAnswer the phone and reply to emails from customers inquiring about parts.Upsell or suggestive sell parts to customers based on their needsMaintain inventory control and proper stock levelsPerform physical inventory to ensure all stock levels are accurate on the systemQualifications
Previous experience in the automotive industry will be an asset.Has good computer skills and an aptitude to learn new softwareBilingual in English and French is an asset.High school diploma or GED requiredStrong interpersonal and customer service, and troubleshooting skillsLikes helping peopleGood work ethicMust have a valid driver's license & a clean driver's abstract
