Purpose :
You will support our sales department with all administrative duties, sales enquiries and marketing initiatives. You are energetic, action oriented, and can work in a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist Account Managers with daily duties and act as administrative support
- Perform general administrative duties for the office
- Initiate initial contact with prospective clients
- Prepare business proposals for potential clients
- Assist with existing business
Requirements :
- Post secondary education (preferably in business / marketing)
- Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service and / or administrative role
- Capability to prioritize and use your own initiative
- Strong computer skills in word, excel, power point and outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingualism in English and French an asset
