Growth Manager — Amazon & TikTok Shop
We're working with a profitable, fast-growing DTC brand built around functional supplements and natural ingredients. The business is already at multi-million-dollar revenue and entering its next phase of growth. This is the first dedicated growth hire, working directly with the founder.
This is a hands-on role, not a VP or strategy seat. It suits someone who wants to be close to execution, own a P&L, and drive profitable growth.

Lean, founder-led, high autonomy. The founder has built and exited businesses before and sets direction quickly. You'll be trusted to turn ideas into execution without much oversight, with genuine responsibility and visibility from day one. Success in the first six months looks like doubling the Amazon business.
