Description de poste
Lead the Injectable Aesthetics portfolio at Galderma's Toronto Office, driving strategy and commercial success. This role emphasizes cross-functional leadership and revenue growth in a competitive landscape.

As the Business Unit Head, you will oversee marketing, sales, and training teams to enhance product strategies in the aesthetics industry. Your focus will include market expansion, compliance, and delivering impactful results while fostering team excellence. Accountability for full P&L, including budgeting and profitability, is essential to achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities: • Drive strategy and execution for market leadership • Manage full P&L responsibilities including forecasting • Develop high-performing teams across multiple functions • Create and implement innovative commercial strategies • Build relationships with key opinion leaders in the field

Requirements: • Proven leadership in the aesthetics industry • Expertise in global aesthetics and medical device markets • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing; MBA preferred • Strong financial acumen with budget management experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
