Sage looking for a babysitter or nanny in Metro Vancouver

Looking for childcare for two children come September. We will have a preschooler and a one year old, both girls, both spunky, curious, funny, and confident when they feel safe. The eldest loves to read and climb and play pretend and can feel very nervous/shy with new people. The youngest likes to take whatever her sister has and put it in her mouth. I think we will need someone from 7:30AM-4:30PM on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday with the ability to drop the eldest off at preschool on Tuesday and Thursday at 12:30 probably from September to June with holiday breaks. We would love to have someone who feels like part of our family, as were in a split level house with my parents and, while temporary, feels like a great opportunity to build real relationships. We are a two mom family, transitioning back to work after parental leave. One parent will be working from home full time, the other will be transitioning back to work as an RMT 3 days a week. We have a dog who will need some tra
