Description de posteChange Management Analyst (10 month contract) Location: Edmonton, AB / Hybrid Staffing Placement OpportunityKey Responsibilities - Support the development and execution of internal and external Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies across multiple system releases. - Draft, coordinate, and manage internal and external communications, including key messages and stakeholder-facing materials. - Monitor adoption metrics, stakeholder inquiries, resistance, and user feedback, and support appropriate follow-up activities. - Identify training, communication, and change readiness gaps and address them through targeted OCM interventions. - Lead post-release feedback collection and analysis to assess impacts, user experience, and adoption. - Translate insights into actionable recommendations and response plans to support sustained adoption. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure OCM activities align with project objectives, release schedules, and broader program goals. - Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying lessons learned and opportunities to enhance OCM approaches across releases. Mandatory Skills - Bachelor’s degree in a related field. - PROSCI or CCMP certification. - 5 years of experience developing and delivering communications and presentations to multiple levels within an organization, including Executive Management, Management, Program Sponsors, Steering Committees, Branch Managers, and End Users. - 5 years of experience developing change management deliverables, including Change Strategies and Plans, Training Strategies and Plans, Stakeholder Impact Assessments, and Communication Plans. - 5 years of experience with written and verbal communications, including drafting business and technical documentation. Desired Skills - 3 years of experience articulating and translating technical language for non-technical audiences, both verbally and in writing. - 3 years of direct experience in change facilitation. - 3 years of experience defining and measuring project change success metrics and progress. - 3 years of experience fostering effective working relationships with leadership and stakeholders. - 3 years of experience with both business and IT change, including communicating changes using various communication methodologies. - 3 years of experience working on multiple tasks or initiatives simultaneously within strict timelines.
