Account Manager - Sales

As a member of our Sales Team, your diverse role as an  Account Manager  is vital to servicing and meeting the needs of our customers. The majority of your time will be spent administering and managing orders and inventory requirements for chain stores, and the remaining time will be designated towards sales data analysis and forecasting reporting as well as other related responsibilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE :

• Building positive relationships with customers, with strong follow-through on commitments
• Promoting fresh produce items and booking orders; accurate entry and revisions of sales orders
• Communicating with our Buying Team on ads, product ETAs, pricing, item availability, etc.
• Negotiating optimal pricing with our customers
• Sourcing new customers
• Ongoing awareness of market pricing, supply, and quality of produce items
• Preparing and meeting budgets and targets
• Compiling and analyzing sales data over time to forecast sales trends
• Preparing accurate reports using data from internal and external sources
