We are hiring a technician who wants to grow within an MSP , progressing from Level 1 to Level 2 through clearly defined technical milestones.

Role Overview

This is a career progression role .

You will start as a Level 1 MSP Technician , handling help desk support and foundational networking tasks. With demonstrated competency and internal assessment, the role progresses to Level 2 , expanding into advanced troubleshooting, Microsoft 365 administration, networking, and backup systems.
