Please note, this is an on-site role based in Burnaby, BC.
Meaningful work you will be a part of
- Contributing to real‑world design and innovation by creating, building, and commissioning inspection jigs for Globe hardware using SolidWorks.
- Working with advanced technologies such as coordinate measuring machines (CMMs) and vision systems to ensure product quality and precision.
- Supporting inspection strategies by helping develop inspection plans and selecting appropriate measurement tools for moulded and machined components.
- Building a strong foundation in metrology, learning how measurement, accuracy, and precision shape modern manufacturing.

Qualifications
- Have a strong foundation in engineering fundamentals
- Highly proficient in CAD, particularly SolidWorks
- Value precision and take pride in accuracy in both design and measurement
- Proactive and able to work independently with minimal guidance
- Enjoy solving problems and finding innovative solutions
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
