Automotive Systems Engineer (Entry/Mid-Level | Multiple Openings)
Location: Windsor, ON (Onsite)
Pay: $37.00 – $44.00 per hour (based on experience)

About the Role We are hiring multiple Entry to Mid-level Automotive Systems Engineers to support the development of next-generation vehicle programs, including EV, hybrid, and ICE platforms. - Validation Engineer (System / Electrical)
- Vehicle Concept / Platform Engineer (Battery & Architecture)
- Vehicle Dynamics Engineer (Driving Simulator)
- Systems Engineer (Propulsion Subsystems)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform validation and testing in vehicle or simulation environments
- Develop and manage subsystem requirements
- Analyze vehicle data and simulation outputs
- Support propulsion systems including ICE, Hybrid, and EV
- Evaluate ride, handling, steering, and braking performance
- Support platform and concept engineering activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams
- Document results and support issue resolution
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive, or Aerospace Engineering
- 1–3 years experience or strong co-op/internship background
- Understanding of vehicle systems such as propulsion, validation, or dynamics
Preferred Skills
- CAN tools (CANalyzer, CANoe)
- Simulation tools (MATLAB, Simulink, ADAMS/Car, CarSim)
- HIL tools (dSPACE)
- CAD or system design experience
- MBSE, SysML, or DOORS knowledge
- SAE or hands-on vehicle project experience

Work Environment & Travel
- 100% onsite role in Windsor, ON
- Occasional travel to Auburn Hills, MI (USA)
- Ability to travel to the United States when required
