Description de poste
Propel growth at Foreplay as the General Manager in charge of integrating visions and systems. This role emphasizes fast execution, accountability, and operational excellence in a thriving SaaS environment.

As the first General Manager, you’ll drive the management and integration of founder vision into actionable plans. You must lead the dev team, ensure product roadmaps are met, and orchestrate the implementation of AI projects. Your focus will be on maintaining a high-performance operational cadence while holding the team accountable for results.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage the integration of product and customer needs • Establish weekly L10 meetings and quarterly planning • Define key metrics and build dashboards for tracking • Facilitate employee 1:1s and accountability measures • Oversee AI deployment and project prioritization

Requirements: • Experience as a GM or Integrator at a $5M–$25M company • Familiarity with martech software in operational roles • Proven experience managing product roadmaps • Background in implementing EOS or similar frameworks • Strong project management and ops tool fluency
