As the Head of Revenue and Growth, you'll spearhead all aspects of Stripe's sales initiatives in Canada. This role requires a sharp focus on improving customer engagement and satisfaction while driving aggressive growth strategies for new client acquisition. With a talented team at your helm, you will strategize and execute plans that align with Stripe’s mission in the Canadian market.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage a team of Account Executives and support roles • Shape the long-term vision for sales operations in Canada • Influence sales processes, driving best practices for success • Personally engage on strategic growth opportunities • Act as a key representative in Canadian business forums

Requirements: • At least 5 years leading sales teams • Experience in tech-driven sales organizations • Successful track record in team development and scaling • Proficiency in pipeline management and analysis • Strong grasp of the Canadian enterprise landscape
