Job Description ::
Mandatory Skill
• 7–10 years of Security Operations experience and strong hands-on expertise implementing and supporting the ServiceNow Security Operations module.
• Implement and configure ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) modules: Security Incident Response (SIR), Threat Intelligence
• Design, build, and support integrations with security tools, including:
• FlashPoint (Threat Intelligence)
• Palo Alto WildFire
• Netskope
• Have I Been Pwned (HIBP)
• Configure inbound/outbound REST integrations using MID Servers and secure authentication.
• Map and normalize security data such as alerts, vulnerabilities, and IOCs within ServiceNow.
• Develop security workflows, playbooks, business rules, scripts, and automation.
• Enable dashboards, KPIs, operational and executive security reporting.
• Partner onsite with SOC, GRC, Risk, and IT teams for requirements, UAT, and production support.
Ensure implementations align with enterprise security standards and audit requirements
