Job Type:

Full-time Permanent

Pay:

$100,000 – $105,000

Performance Bonus:

$35,000–$50,000 subject to attainment of partnership revenue and pipeline targets

Total Target Compensation:

$140,000–$160,000 + at plan, upside for overperformance

Automatic eligibility:

to participate in the Company’s stock option plan after six (6) months of continuous employment

This position is 5 days in Office in Mississauga, ON.

The Opportunity-Sales Director & Chanel Partnerships - Aesthetics & Wellness This is a senior, revenue-generating business development role — not a relationship management role. You will build and own BoomerangFX’s channel and corporate partnership strategy from the ground up, embedding our platform inside the ecosystems of marketing agencies, medical device companies, aesthetic distributors, private equity-backed clinic networks, and other high-leverage participants in the private healthcare economy.

You will structure, negotiate, and close deals that create recurring, scalable revenue for BFX — through reseller agreements, white-label arrangements, revenue-sharing models, joint go-to-market programs, and strategic joint ventures. This role reports directly to the CEO and is a key part of our commercial growth engine.

What You’ll Own

Build and execute a channel partnership strategy targeting marketing agencies, medical device companies, aesthetic distributors, PE-backed clinic groups, and private healthcare networks

Embed BFX’s practice software, Auvia AI, LeadEngineAI, and digital marketing solutions into partner ecosystems as integrated or white-labelled offerings

Structure and negotiate revenue-sharing agreements, co-sell arrangements, referral programs, and joint ventures with commercial discipline

Develop tiered partner programs with clear economic incentives, onboarding frameworks, and co-marketing support

Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product to align partnership strategy with revenue targets and product roadmap

Represent BFX at industry conferences, medical aesthetics events, and corporate development forums

Build a qualified pipeline, track partner-sourced revenue, and report progress against targets to the executive team

What You Bring Required:

7+ years of progressively senior business development, channel partnerships, or corporate development experience — with a track record of closing complex, multi-party commercial agreements

Proven experience structuring innovative revenue-sharing models, reseller/white-label arrangements, and strategic joint ventures

3–5+ years in aesthetics, medtech, or private-pay healthcare — you understand the clinic operator, the device rep, and the agency world

Led commercial BD activities in healthcare — you’ve navigated procurement, compliance considerations, and multi-stakeholder deals

Advanced degree required: MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent. Additional certifications in negotiation, finance, or healthcare administration are a strong asset

Demonstrated ability to build partner ecosystems from early-stage through scale

Strong Assets:

Investment banking, private equity, or M&A transaction experience

Senior sales leadership background with quota attainment history

Experience with SaaS or platform partnership programs (reseller tiers, API integrations, co-sell)

Network within the aesthetic device industry (InMode, Allergan, Galderma, Merz, Evolus, etc.)

Familiarity with digital marketing agency models in healthcare
