2- Qualifications
Related Experience:
•5+ years in business and/or systems analysis, requirements planning and documentation in mortgages industry
• Knowledge in Agile methodology and experience in writing user stories
•Experience in analysing and documenting business processes
• Experience with SAP
• Experience with application integration is an asset
Skills:
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent analytical, attention to detail, problem solving and decision-making capabilities
• Ability to define customer/user journeys
• Work with SAP Functional Consultants and Developers to shape the end-user/ customer experience
• Process driven – understanding of business process would be an advantage
• Good organization and coordination skill and attend to detail
• Ability to help influence peers and leaders for best possible outcomes
